My name is Suranee Perera and I'm a stay at home mom. I love to write and read the news of what's happening around the world. I've been called a news junkie many a times by my close friends. My first published work on paperback was a story I did for the 'award winning author' MariJo Moore in her book Birthed from Scorched Hearts: Women Respond to War.
My experience with the internet began in 2007. I wish I had known about Hubpages back then but instead I spent time writing on forums and news sites. Hubpages has opened up a whole new world for me for now I enjoy writing more than I ever did.
